Carrie Lavargna, Attorney

Carrie is a Florida Bar Board Certified Specialist in real estate law in Stuart, Florida. She handles real estate matters for existing clients and her primary practice is focused in probate law. She has practiced law for 40 years and opened her law office in Stuart 20 years ago.

As a native Floridian, Carrie is a proud Seminole, Gator and Hurricane! She received her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her law degree from the University of Florida, where she was a member of the Florida Law Review. Carrie earned her Ibis status as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami Law School where she taught courses on banking, legal writing and real estate law.

Starting her practice in law with a national law firm in the city of Philadelphia, she later moved back home to Florida where she worked in the real estate department for White & Case. She later continued her real estate work as counsel for a regional land developer and environmental consulting firm.

Carrie is a member of The Florida Bar and the Martin County Bar Association. She has served on the Board of Directors of the Humane Society of Martin County and on the Executive Board for the Justice Major B. Harding American Inns of Court. She is a past president of the Martin County Estate Planning Council and the Preferred Professionals of Martin County.

Carrie is proud and delighted to partner with her son, Anthony (Tony) Lavargna, who shares her dedication to serving her clients with professionalism and courtesy.

Tony Lavargna, Attorney

Tony is a member of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar. He is a Martin County Tiger, University of Central Florida Knight, and Florida State University College of Law Seminole. At Florida State University College of Law, Tony received the Estate Planning Book Award presented for outstanding academic achievement in estate planning.

Tony focuses his practice in real estate transactions and estate planning. He provides escrow, title, and real estate closing services. He joined his mother’s practice in 2016 to create the Lavargna Law firm.

Tony enjoys spending his free time with his wife, Tara. They enjoy being outdoors camping at Florida springs, boating around the Treasure Coast, and playing golf and tennis.
